1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by the Tinyo developer ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact us athi@tinyo.app.

2. What we collect

• Waitlist email. The email address you submit to join the waitlist, plus a referral code if you arrived via a shared link.
• Contact form. Your message, and your email address only if you choose to leave one.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this Site.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your email only to notify you when Tinyo launches, and your contact-form message only to read it and, if you left an email, reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

4. Who processes it

• LaunchList — stores waitlist emails and sends the launch notification.
• Cloudflare — stores contact-form messages (Workers KV).

We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until the launch notification has been sent, then deleted within a reasonable period. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Emailhi@tinyo.appand we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

This Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
